Due to ongoing public health concerns related to COVID-19, ATMC’s 63rd Annual Meeting of Members will not have in-person attendance and will instead be held virtually. The Annual Meeting of Members will take place on Friday, October 2nd, 2020, at 7 p.m. and will be streamed and broadcast live through the ATMC website and on ATMC-TV.

Members with valid email addresses on file will receive the annual meeting notice via email along with instructions on how to cast their vote if there is an election. Those with no email on file will receive information on registration and voting by mail. If an election occurs, members will be able to vote for candidates, either online or by mailed-in ballot, beginning as early as September 10th.

HBO Max is the new streaming service from HBO where the best TV and movies come together to form one extraordinary entertainment experience. You’ll get HBO channels and On Demand, as well as access to the HBO Max app where you can stream everything on HBO.

Existing HBO customers will benefit from a lower monthly price of $14.99 and those who don’t subscribe to ATMC cable can get HBO Max through their broadband subscription for the same price.

Due to a recent decrease in walk-in customer traffic, ATMC is temporarily altering the hours of our Sunset Beach and Leland locations and diverting representatives to our Customer Care Call Center to handle increased call volumes. Until further notice, the Sunset Beach and Leland locations will be open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will close from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch. The Sunset Beach location will be closed on Saturdays, as well. Our Shallotte and Leland locations will remain open on Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be no changes at this time for oprerating hours at our Whiteville location.

On July 15th, SHOWTIME Networks will replace SHO BEYOND with a new channel called SHO x BET. The new channel will feature entertainment that showcases black culture, including SHOWTIME and BET original series and documentaries, star-studded movies, action packed sports, exclusive comedy specials and much more. Look for SHO X BET on channel 544 (HD 644). In addition, SHOCASE will only be available in HD on channel 645 (546 on MergeTV) beginning July 15th.

SHO x BET will be taking the place of SHOWCASE in ATMC's channel line up. SHOWCASE will be moving to where SHO BEYOND is now, and SHO BEYOND will be going away. These changes were a result of notification from SHOWTIME Networks and are out of ATMC’s control.

ATMC’s new telephone directories are being delivered to our customers in Brunswick and Columbus Counties. We want to remind everyone to recycle your old directories by bringing them into any ATMC retail location. Our annual telephone directory recycling drive will be held through August 21st.

Sign up for paperless billing before September 30th and get a $5 bill credit. Paperless billing is simple, easy and environmentally friendly. Customers can sign up for paperless billing by visiting atmc.net/myatmc and enrolling online, calling our customer care department or by visiting any ATMC retail location.

For new paperless enrollments through September 30th. A $5 one-time bill credit will be applied a month following successful enrollment.
