New 472-Area Code
Beginning this month, you will start to see phone numbers that begin with a 472-area code when calling areas in Brunswick, Columbus, Robeson, Duplin and Pender counties. Current FOCUS Broadband customers with 910 phone numbers will not need to change their existing area code or phone number. They will continue using an area code and phone number for all local calls just as they do today. If you have questions regarding the 472-area code implementation, please call 888-367-2862.
